We can draft any form of equine legal contract required by you.

These are bespoke contracts tailored to your personal requirements and situation. Prices will vary from basic standard contracts (such as a sale / purchase contract) to more detailed agreements which require specific drafting.

Contracts such as sale/purchase and livery agreements can be provided as master copies with spaces to fill in the other party's details for use in the future. We will not only provide you with bound hard copies for initial use, but we can send you the document as an email attachment for future use.

Please contact us direct for a quote.  Our cost estimates will be subject to the amount of time we expect to take to draft an agreement for you and this will be based on our hourly charge out rates. 

 

Before we start work for you, it will be necessary for us to ask you for identification so we may comply with our money laundering obligations. And we will also require you to sign our terms and conditions of business.

TIP: be very wary of companies or societies offering you ‘off-the-shelf’ contracts to buy or download for free online.  The price may look good, but they are often not legally watertight if not adapted and completed with the help of an equine legal adviser.
